I don't doubt the medical completely, but the system in of appointments is not fit for proposed. To phone at 7.30 am continually getting through at 7.40 am to be told that the days appointments are taken is not acceptable. And then to be phoned back with an offer that I would not attend is inconsistent. Is V.a day system as an adverse booking system. I am now looking at moving practise after over 21 years.

When i ring for appointment they always try their best to get me in this is one of the best. Practice in Derbyshire.

Excellent throughout the practice they always try to help.
Today I have felt so ill and the receptionist was lovely I wasn't made to feel a nuisance or treated as just a number and she rang me straight back with an appointment.
